EN Teambild vom vierten Internationals Day der Brüning Group

TOGETHER BEYOND BORDERS

Ten countries, countless markets, one goal: on December 18 2025, the Brüning Group headquarters in Bremen once again demonstrated the power of international cooperation. At the fourth Internationals Day, colleagues from all over Europe gathered to celebrate the past year’s highlights, share lessons learned, and set the course for the future.

A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR A GREENER FUTURE

The day began with a shared look ahead. Professional input on new markets and sectors opened the discussion and set the strategic framework for the years to come: Where is the greatest potential? Which industries are gaining in importance? And how is the Brüning Group positioning itself in a changing international environment? International Market Analyst Greta Brunkhorst and Business Development Manager Poland Marek Chojnacki provided valuable insights on these questions.

Because past successes form the best foundation for new ones, the focus then shifted back to 2025. Together, we looked back on what we achieved last year – one example being the expansion of our biomass activities in Italy, which had previously been primarily an export country for waste materials. Claudio Bucci, Country Manager in Italy, sums up this development with a wink: “Finally, the products smell better.” At the same time, our new colleagues got to know the entire team, and the dinner that followed provided a relaxed setting for conversations away from presentations and figures.

TEAM SPIRIT AS A DRIVING FORCE

This highlighted what makes the Internationals Day so special: the team spirit and the intensive exchange across country and unit boundaries. Svenja Bätz, Director of International Business Development, summarizes it perfectly: “I have noticed that we have grown much closer together internationally over the past year. There is a fantastic team spirit at every meeting, and everyone contributes their part to driving our international business forward. It is incredibly fun to work with this team.”

OUR OUTLOOK FOR 2026

The fourth Internationals Day has once again demonstrated how important personal dialogue is for sustainable international progress. With a clear strategic direction and a shared ambition to think beyond borders, we are starting 2026 with confidence. In the months ahead, we will continue to intensify international exchange, including through our presence at numerous conferences and trade fairs across Europe.
