Shredder material is made from branches and shrubs, roots and the woody part from green waste composting. For this purpose, the produced material is shredded and screened. It is then supplied for thermal utilisation in biomass heating and power plants.
Thus, a residual material from the actual compost production is used sustainably. The shredder material is also EEG-subsidised biomass, which is an alternative to wood chips.
We obtain the material from suppliers, which include municipal and commercial green waste composting plants, recycling companies and contractors.
