Description
This waste stream includes all kinds of waste – building materials such as pipes, construction elements, textiles, plastics, plaster and wood.
Origin
All waste generated around the construction industry, both during demolition and dismantling as well as construction of new buildings and objects.
Recycling
As a rule, these must be technical-wise separated in accordance with the current Commercial Waste Ordinance. There, all recyclable components are sorted out and fed back into the cycle as secondary raw materials. The non-recyclable residues are supplied to power plants for thermal recycling to generate energy.
