The Brüning Group embodies what we are all about – it is the company, the brand. Externally and in contact with our business partners, we present ourselves as the Brüning Group. However, the Brüning-Holding GmbH is the official umbrella company under which several companies operate: Brüning Group Germany GmbH, Brüning-Logistik GmbH, Brüning International GmbH and Gebrüder Meyer GmbH.
We are growing steadily due to company acquisitions and are increasingly extending our portfolio. This makes us a strong player, also on the international market.
The Brüning Group Germany GmbH is the battleship of the Brüning-Holding GmbH in Germany. It unites our sites throughout Germany and the Schneider Rohstoffe GmbH & Co. KG.
The Brüning-Logistik GmbH, as the Brüning Logistics brand, specialises in the transport of bulk raw materials throughout Germany and Europe and possesses its
own fleet with a total of 40 walking floors in accordance with the latest technical standards.
In the course of our internationalisation and the increasing number of business transactions with foreign companies, Brüning-International was founded.
It combines Brüning Group Danmark ApS, Bruening Group UK Ltd. and Brüning Groupe France SAS under its roof.
On January 1, 2021, the Brüning Group took over the Schneider Rohstoffe GmbH & Co. KG based in Buchholz in der Nordheide, and thus launched the new “waste paper” unit.
CIC Capital (international direct investment company of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale) and PESCA Equity Partners (PESCA, a minority and majority investment company in medium-sized companies) acquired a significant minority stake in the former Brüning | Group in 2019. In addition, the extended management has taken a stake in the company as part of this transaction.
With the growth financing and the strategic expertise of the new co-partners, the successful position in a promising market should be consolidated and further developed in the long term through expansion into new geographical markets. CIC Capital and PESCA are experienced investment companies of strongly growing medium-sized companies and will also actively support Arnd Brüning and the management of the Brüning Group with the implementation of this strategy.
