Description
Municipal waste is defined as all waste that originates from municipal collection, i.e. from private households. The composition consists of all waste that is “bin-able”, in other words , both leftover food, plastics, paper, glass, textiles, rubber and mineral components.

Utilisation
Thermal utilisation for energy production or processing in a mechanic-biologic waste treatment plant (MBWT plant) By means of this technique, the organic components are stabilised through a rotting and screening process and then deposited. The residues are thermally utilised.
