Decarbonisation
THE INDUSTRIAL TRANSFORMATION
Industry is under increasing pressure: with the EU’s Fit for 55 climate package, the tightened EU Emissions Trading System and the CO₂ border adjustment mechanism, the EU is setting the course for decarbonisation and defossilisation. Because energy-intensive industries are the largest emitters of carbon dioxide worldwide, moving away from fossil fuels is becoming a key challenge for them in order to meet increasing regulatory requirements.
At the same time, increasingly scarce resources and volatile markets are making it more difficult to plan with certainty. Industrial companies must therefore consistently realign their energy supply and production processes in order to remain competitive in the long term. The transformation towards resource-saving and climate-friendly solutions has thus long since become a business necessity – not only from a regulatory perspective, but increasingly also from an economic one.
ENABLING THE TRANSFORMATION
YOUR PARTNER IN DECARBONISATION
The transition from fossil fuels to biogenic fuels is a major step. As a partner in this transformation and decarbonisation of industries, we make it calculable, reliable, and future-proof.
Our guiding principle, that drives and motivates us in this mission, is: enabling the transformation – enabling a greener future.
Our portfolio includes certified biogenic fuels that meet the highest quality and sustainability standards. Complemented by a broad network of reliable partners in Germany and beyond, as well as our own logistics we support manufacturing companies and industrial enterprises on their path towards decarbonisation.
FROM FOSSIL FUELS
TO A GREENER FUTURE
The transition to renewable energy sources will be successful if the biogenic fuels meet the technical requirements of the respective industrial processes. This is because industrial combustion plants are complex, sensitive and often designed for specific fuel parameters. Specific physical and chemical properties are crucial.
Biogenic fuels must also be pourable, easy to measure, and homogeneous. At the same time, aspects such as security of supply, price stability, and logistical feasibility are essential. With our many years of experience in the field of biomass and extensive practical knowledge, we have a keen sense of precisely these high standards.
Biomass is a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels and encompasses a diverse product portfolio. In addition to traditional woody biomass such as wood chips and pellets, it also includes agricultural residues such as nut and seed shells as well as pomace – tailored to the requirements of the combustion systems.
These biogenic fuels are produced as by-products of agriculture, wood processing, or food processing and are specifically refined for thermal utilisation. They thus open up new options for substituting fossil fuels.

Wood chips
We supply wood chips of the highest quality – ideal for use in furnaces.

Wood pellets
Made from dried sawmill by-products, our pellets ensure clean combustion – available in quality classes ENplus A1, A2 and B.

Wood dust
Wood dust ensures stable processes and high performance in industrial processes. With high technical compatibility, it provides reliable process energy. We supply the necessary input material for the production of wood dust.

Olive kernel granulate & pomace
As biogenic by-products, olive kernel granulate and olive pomace combine their high bulk density, high calorific value, and high availability to form a particularly efficient and sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.

Ground nut shells
Nut shells are powerful natural fuels with a high calorific value – making them ideal for industrial combustion plants.

Sunflower husk pellets
With their high calorific value, sunflower husk pellets are an excellent fuel for industrial furnaces.
