Schneider-Rohstoffe

ACCRETION OF SCHNEIDER ROHSTOFFE TO BRÜNING GROUP

Two years ago, we took over Schneider Rohstoffe GmbH & Co. KG, formerly based in Buchholz in der Nordheide, and created the new unit “Waste Paper” as part of this process. A year later, the company headquarters were relocated to Bremen, primarily to expand cross-unit cooperation.

We have now decided to take the next step: the accretion of Schneider Rohstoffe GmbH & Co. KG to Brüning Group Germany GmbH. This became effective upon entry in the Commercial Register on 11 October 2023.

Through this merger, we intend in particular to dissolve existing issues of separation, standardise the business focus and thus further strengthen the content-related cooperation between the units. This also includes the bundling of resources and expertise, which will lead to leaner processes and a more efficient business structure. We will be able to utilise synergies between the various units even more effectively and ultimately strengthen the Brüning Group’s performance and competitiveness. By merging the two companies, we aim to achieve an even stronger position in the industry and continue to drive our growth both nationally and internationally.

This means that we are available to our business partners with even more power. Of course, all existing contractual relationships, rights and obligations as well as terms and conditions of sale and delivery will remain unchanged and will be transferred to the Brüning Group Germany GmbH.

We are already looking forward to continuing and expanding our good, trusting and successful collaboration.
