What do you find most exciting about the market situation right now?
We are coming out of a comfort zone where there was always enough biomass. Now we have to be able to “turn on a dime” and at the same time build an international purchasing structure to meet the demands of the market. We are currently developing biomass supply concepts together with our partners that reflect the volatility of the industry and continue to guarantee security of supply. Basically, it is always about finding solutions in partnership.
What has been your funniest experience at work so far?
We always have fun at work.
