In May 2021, we took over the full disposal of wood waste from Bürstadt furniture from Bürstadt near Worms/Mainz with the Brüning Group. This month we were able to agree with Bürstadt furniture on an early extension of the contract until mid-2024.
Over the course of the past year, we were able to convince our customer of us and make him very satisfied with our service. Thanks to the excellent work of the team of the waste wood unit, we have always been able to guarantee reliable disposal in uncertain times and overcome all the challenges that the market brings with it. In addition, we have an on-site employee, Stella Sohl, who ensures the best possible service for Bürstadt furniture around the clock. Difficulties and problems are always solved amicably and through short channels, so that both sides benefit.
Since the beginning of the contract, we have already disposed of more than 30,000 tonnes of wood waste for material and thermal recycling, mainly with regional partner companies. We are looking forward to many more tonnes and to continuing our good partnership.
