The gardening and planting season is already in full swing and summer is fast approaching. The gardens are being spruced up and to keep them beautiful and to minimise the need for watering in the summer heat, the use of bark mulch is recommended. However, due to the market situation, bark mulch is currently in short supply. Locally, there are sometimes shortages or long waiting times.
With our bark production at the Gebrüder Meyer GmbH in Mölln, we have prepared well for these eventualities. We have stored appropriate quantities of raw bark and are currently ramping up the processing times. In addition, we have hired another wheel loader driver to actively support the team in Mölln. The shift times have been extended and we even process bark on weekends. Of course, we produce bark mulch in the usual top quality from 00-20 mm and 00-40 mm to 10-40 mm RAL quality-assured.
Through this forward planning we remain able to deliver and are able to keep the waiting times for our customers as short as possible and are pleased about a relatively good supply situation for our customers.
