M&A stands for “Mergers & Acquisitions”, a collective term for various transactions in the corporate sector. These activities can be, among others, company acquisitions, company transfers or company cooperations.
For us at Brüning Group, M&A means that we are constantly looking to extend our product range with new products, regions or services. We have therefore explicitly integrated the M&A strategy in our basic mission.
We select potential acquisitions or investments based on the decision whether they help us achieve at least one of the following three goals:
1. Conquering a new, regional market (internationalisation)
2. Extension of our product range to include an attractive trade with products around our existing product line
3. Merging with competitors in order to improve the joint market position
