Business Development Manager (m/f/d) - Wood Pellets / Wood Chips | Denmark, remote

To support the expansion of our business activities in Denmark, we are looking for a highly motivated new team member to join us full-time. Become part of the Brüning Group and support us as a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) | Denmark – remote, with a focus on sales of wood pellets and wood chips.

Your mission

  • identify and implement growth opportunities and define customer and supplier profiles – primarily in the areas of pellets and wood chips
  • manage existing business and systematically develop new opportunities in Denmark
  • build and maintain a strong personal network within the local market
  • identify customer needs and develop suitable business concepts
  • coordinate national and international material flows in line with customer and market requirements
  • further development of long-term and maintenance of existing business relationships in Denmark
  • act as the primary contact for customers and suppliers
  • achieve sales and procurement targets in close coordination with your supervisor

Your profile

  • You are success-driven and highly motivated to achieve top performance in sales and sourcing.
  • Previous experience in the biomass industry is mandatory.
  • You have a flexible, independent, and structured working style, strong analytical skills, and a clear customer and service orientation.
  • You are willing to travel within your business area and attend regular meetings at our head office in Bremen, Germany – and are able to integrate this into your personal life.
  • You are a strong communicator, a team player, and maintain a transparent and cooperative working relationship with international colleagues and managers.
  • You are a native Danish speaker and business fluent in English; German is an advantage, but not a must.
