Two in one!
You’re not interested in pure theory, but studying would be cool? Then the dual study programme is just right for you. Theoretical and practical phases alternate here on a regular basis. It never gets boring, what you learn can be applied immediately and your first professional experience comes along by itself, because with us you are fully integrated in the company and in everyday business life right from the start.
COOPERATIVE DEGREE PROGRAMME
IN TRADE AND RETAIL MANAGEMENT B.A.
The programme is run in cooperation with the Hochschule Bremen, City University of Applied Sciences. We are a partner company of the university and take over the practice-oriented part of the course.
The full range of knowledge
In terms of content, the focus is on business administration with a specialisation in commerce. In addition, there are various competences that you acquire in the course of your studies. On the one hand, language skills such as commercial English, on the other hand, key competences such as intercultural competence, negotiation skills, conflict management and moderation, all paired with commercial experience, personal development and international competence (possibly experience abroad). In addition, challenges such as digitalisation, diversity or sustainability are highlighted.
STRUCTURE

- 7 semesters
- Theoretical and practical phases alternate every 3 months
- Intensive practical phase in the 5th semester
- Small study groups
- Degree: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
In addition to the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, students can also take the examination as an management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade management and the trainer aptitude test at the Bremen Chamber of Commerce.
