It’s holiday time and many parents are faced with a problem: where to take the dear little ones when the daycare centre and kindergarten are closed? For the employees of the Brüning | Group at the headquarters in Fischerhude, this question can be answered quite simply – off to childcare during the summer holidays. This is a special offer from the company, in which the reconciliation of work and family life is given a high priority and also implemented.
This offer is gratefully accepted by the employees. From mid-July, the office premises will now be filled with a lot of children’s laughter for three weeks. And from year to year there are more children. They are now looked after by three trained childcare teachers: Anne, Anika and Emma. With them, the gang of little rascals is in good hands and some holiday fun is guaranteed. They play, paint and do handicrafts. Outside there is a sandpit, swings and plenty of room to romp around. If the children are very hungry after a few hours, they will be provided with a great organic lunch by our kitchen team.
At the end of the day, everyone is happy and satisfied – the employees, who can do their work in a stress-free and relaxed manner without having to organise complicated daycare alternatives, and the children, who experience a lot of new things in good hands and can also drop by at their mum or dad’s desk from time to time – a win-win situation for everyone!
