With the internationalization of the Brüning | Group, the requirements for products such as pellets are also becoming increasingly diverse. Quality standards must always be met, also in terms of global climate protection and resource conservation, as well as for efficient, low-emission and unobstructed heating.
We are already certified in Germany. Our wood pellets carry the ENplus seal according to DIN EN ISO 17225-2. As a certified dealer and stockist, we are authorized to offer certified pellets of the quality classes ENplus A1, ENplus A2 and ENplus B and are subject to inspections by the German Pellet Institute (DEPI).
Now the United Kingdom follows. Dean Scanlan, who is responsible for the distribution of pellets on the British market in addition to other countries, i.e. he looks after both premium products and large industrial customers, is delighted: “The Bruening-Group UK LTD. achieved ENplus certification (UK 363) on the 6th August after successfully passing an audit by HETAS Ltd. in late July. This means we will be able to sell ENplus A1 certified pellets from our warehouses in Boston and New Holland, UK.”
In addition to strict quality requirements, we also offer pellets with an FSC® or SBP declaration to our customers. The FSC® and SBP certifications ensure sustainable forest management and guarantee legal and transparent supply chains all the way to the end consumer.
