NEW COMPANIES FOUNDED

The internationalisation of the Brüning Group continues. In recent months, three new companies were founded in other European countries: Brüning Group Italia Srl, Brüning Group Polska Sp. z o.o and Brüning Group Česko s.r.o. Brüning International GmbH is a 100% shareholder in all three new companies.

Our internationalisation strategy focuses on meeting the needs of our customers and suppliers. Due to factors such as climate change and globalisation, the conditions and requirements of the markets are constantly changing and volatility is increasing. We assume that fluctuations in the biomass and waste markets will become more and more common, whether they are triggered by calamities such as bark beetle infestations or spontaneous supply bottlenecks. Our conclusion: with an international network, we are better prepared to master these situations and challenges by being able to react even more flexibly to market changes.

The existing companies in Denmark, the UK and France have already shown consistently positive developments and results. That is why we are working intensively to further expand our international network. By founding subsidiaries in Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic, we also want to position ourselves in these countries – on the one hand, to transport material across borders without any problems, and on the other hand, to facilitate domestic business and, for example, simplify processes such as notifications in the field of waste wood and waste. In this way, we can act as a regional as well as a supra-regional partner for our customers and suppliers.

It is undeniable that international exchange is becoming increasingly important, also in the biomass sector, especially in times of heightened supply and disposal situations. Therefore, we are all the more pleased that the Brüning Group is now also a member of the Czech biomass association CZ Biom. In the course of this membership, we want to further deepen the cooperation between our two countries and benefit from each other equally.

We are very pleased with the new companies. With our independent companies in Denmark, the UK, France, Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic, we will be able to coordinate the international material flow even better across countries in the future. A big plus for everyone!
