DE-ICING SALT – THE WHITE GOLD OF THE ROAD

It won’t be long before the temperatures plummet – freezing rain or the first flakes cover the roads with a layer of ice and snow. Those who have a supply of de-icing salt in stock are well advised. This material is the most commonly used gritting material in winter road conditions, as it has proven its worth in ensuring safety on the roads due to its ability to dissolve a developing layer of ice more quickly or to prevent it from forming in advance.

Salt stocks are still well filled, but when winter suddenly arrives and roads, paths or terrain are slippery, it is usually too late for spontaneous orders. Bottlenecks quickly arise, making it difficult to ensure a sufficient supply of road salt. It is therefore better to stock up on material in good time.

We provide you with high-quality material from German production in accordance with the current guidelines of DIN EN 16811-1:2016 (formerly TL-Streu). The grain class M offered by us has a well-balanced ratio of fine and coarse parts for an optimal thawing effect. The coarser grains lead to better adhesion in a closed snow cover and the finer fractions are particularly advantageous in icy conditions due to the better distribution and the quick onset of the thawing effect.

We would be pleased to make you an individual offer taking into account the minimum delivery quantity. We offer the de-icing salt loose, in bags of 25 kg and in big bags of 1,000 kg on Euro pallets. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us.
